✦ What is Saraswati Yantra? ✦
Saraswati Yantra — the yantra of Goddess Saraswati, deity of knowledge, music, art, and the power of speech. As Brahma's consort and the Mother of the Vedas, Saraswati holds her place in the Hindu Tridevi (Lakshmi, Saraswati, Parvati).
Students, researchers, musicians, writers, orators — all benefit from worshipping this yantra. Slow intellect, speech defects, weak memory, exam fear — all are remedied.
Vasant Panchami is Saraswati's supreme day. Vidyarambha samskara, book-puja, and veena-puja are performed on this day. The yantra should be installed in a study room, library, or music hall.

Center: bindu and "Aim" bija — hexagram (two interlocking triangles) — 8-petal lotus — 16-petal lotus — crescent moon — bhupura. The center carries veena-pustaka (lute and book) symbols. The four directions hold symbols of the four Vedas.
